Returns & exchanges

RETURN POLICY English Greek Japanese

If  you are not happy with your order regarding the size, the items can be returned within 14 working days for a size exchange refund.
Please follow these instructions if you need to return an item.

1. Email [email protected],  within  14 working days of receiving your order and request a Return Merchandise  Authorization number. Please include Item Codes.

2. Returns must be sent with UPS as instructed in the authorization email that you will receive. Go to www.ups.com and find your local UPS phone number to arrange a pick-up.

3. Returns for size for total or partial refund are  accepted by our company only in case that we run out of stock and we are not able to send you the desired size in the specific item. All returns are at client’s expense. Shipment and return fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will appear on the client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles (may vary for different credit card companies). Shipment and return import fees will be deducted from the refund.

5. Items must be returned within 7 working days after receiving the Return Merchandising Authorization number.

Our Policy

WHEN RETURNED ITEMS MUST:

  • Not be worn, washed or altered.
  • Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc.
  • Have their undamaged original boxes (shoes and accessories).
  • Be neatly packaged in order to ensure safe delivery.
  • Contain the printed email of return authorization.
  • Shoes :all shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

  • PRODUCTS ON SALE MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.
  • PERFUMES AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.
  • BATHING SUIT AND UNDERWEAR MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.sohosoho.gr. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
